Service and Assistance

• Every TICA member has access to a named, dedicated consultant responsible for managing their scheme. This will be provided on an ongoing basis.
• TICA members are able to request a visit from their consultant to take them through stakeholder issues and help them plan the implementation of their scheme.
• TICA members have access to a freephone helpline for information and advice – before, during and after scheme installation.
• Payroll departments will receive full training at the workplace on stakeholder scheme administration.
• Friends Provident’s administration is tried, tested and simple to operate.
• Consultants are able to provide advice on how to use the TICI Scheme as a recruitment, retention and tax saving vehicle.
• Consultants can provide tailored presentations at your worksite(s) for your employees, explaining the new scheme and showing employees how to join.
• All pension questions will be fielded by Friends Provident’s dedicated support team.
• You will be provided with sample announcements to employees and a range of material publicising your scheme.
• Every employee will receive a comprehensive information pack in crystal marked plain English.
• Employees will be given instant access to their own pension through the Internet which will enable them to:
