John Stilborn is a highly experienced commercial practitioner in this team with specialist knowledge of insulation and asbestos removal gained from many years working with companies in the industry. He has a deep understanding of the type of problems you face and the reasons they arise.

2. Impartial and practical advice on the strengths and weaknesses of the issues and recommendations of how best to proceed. We will always attempt to provide you with options in recognition that the same strategy does not suit all companies.

3. Provision of resources to complement those of your own organisation or to work independently and establish the focus of effort in the most productive direction.

4. The presentation, agreement and settlement of final accounts and claims.

5. Management and assistance in formal and alternative dispute resolution processes.

6. Delay and programme analysis, including the defence of claims received for late and inadequate performance.
