Welcome to the Thermal Insulation Contractors Association

TICA (The Thermal Insulation Contractors Association) was founded in 1957 from three regional associations in England and Wales, to represent UK companies involved in industrial hot and cold insulation.

ACAD (Asbestos Control and Abatement Division) works closely with the HSE and other government bodies to represent its membership, working in partnership with other organisations to develop new legislation and to improve standards throughout the industry.

ACAD also offers quality asbestos training to the asbestos industry at very competitive rates.

IETA (Insulation and Environmental Training Agency) is a division of the Thermal Insulation Contractors Association, responsible for managing the industry's training programmes for Thermal Insulation Apprentices.
